GFI MailEssentials is a solid commercial anti-spam program. It uses natural language processing (NLP) to analyze the incoming emails and to determine the proper course of action.
When used with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, GFI MailEssentials provides a series of folders in under "Public Folders" that allow users to help teach it what is valid email and what is spam.
MailEssentials can run alongside Exchange or it can run separately as a proxy.
Currently, installation requires Windows XP or Windows 2000/2003 Server. There is a performance limitation when running on Windows XP.
