Xebra
Xebra (or Arbex) is an experimental Playstation emulator developed by the japanese developer Dr. Hell.
Contrary to PSX emulators like ePSXe and PCSX it doesn't use the old PSEmuPro plugin system but implements everything in the main executable. So it's rather self-contained and only needs a Playstation BIOS and a Playstation disc (or a disc image) to work.
It's actively maintained, rather stable but does not implement extra eye-candy stuff like sprite smoothing, etc. - something you see when setting up a full-blown ePSXe setup.
The user interface is probably a bit confusing it first but it works, although not offering a lot of options for visuals, sound, etc.
The reason for adding this emulator here is that there are only a few actively maintained Playstation emulators.
