Yabause

Yet another broken and unfinished saturn emulator.

Works on many architectures. According to wikipedia, "It runs on mainly on Windows, Linux, OpenBSD and Mac OS X systems using OpenGL and SDL, although an unofficial FreeBSD port is available and a primitive Dreamcast port exists."

Although there is a linux port, it's interesting to see the windows version run under wine.
