САМО-Тур (SAMO-Tour, WinTour.exe)

Commercial, not very good program written on Delphi for automation of the tour operator office in Russia.
Can make prices, tours, manage tourists, tours, orders and etc.
Can be integrated with another program - SAMO-online (PHP module for websites.)
A lot of bugs, client-server architecture. Server runs on MSSQL Server.
Poor Open Office support. No tendency for cross-platform support. No Linux support.
Uses FastReport and BDE.

Basic program features

1. Description of services offered to tourists: hotels, transport, insurance, visa support, additional services;
2. Service quoting: hotel rooms, transport places and tour places;
3. Formation of tour packages from a various set of services, price-list calculation and their redaction;
4. Drawing up of tourists' applications;
5. Preparation of tourists' documents: voucher, ticket, insurance policy, visa form, TOUR-1 trip ticket, etc.;
6. Preparation of reservation applications for partners and confirmations for buyers (travel agencies);
7. Accountability of buyers' payments and settlements with partners for services rendered;
8. Compilation of final reports and lists: for hotels, airlines, Embassies, insurance companies;
9. Poor statistical analysis.
