This bugs is well knowned since 2 may 2010:
After doing winetricks wsh57 mdac28, manually registering the wsh57 DLLs, and
installing the application, launching SnelStart.exe yields a dialog box
stating:
"Run-time error '-2147221166 (80040152)'
Automation error"
