Mids' Hero Designer

Mids' Hero Designer is a character planner for the MMORPG City of Heroes and City of Villains. It lets you plan your hero or villain's build, starting with archetype and powersets, going right through enhancement slotting and calculating the effects of self-buffs.

Not only can you plan your build, but you can also find a wealth of stats on your powers, and see them affected by eachother and slotted enhancements.
