AutoWikiBrowser

The AutoWikiBrowser is a semi-automated Wikipedia editor using .Net 2.0 designed to make tedious repetitive tasks quicker and easier. It is essentially a browser that automatically opens up a new page when the last is saved. When set to do so, it suggests some changes (typically formatting) that are generally meant to be incidental to the main change.

6.1.0.1AutoWikiBrowser (often abbreviated to AWB) is a semi-automated MediaWiki editor designed to make tedious or repetitive editing tasks quicker and easier. Put simply, it is a web browser that opens a user-supplied list of pages on a Wikimedia project (Wikipedia, Wiktionary, WikiVoyage, etc.) to modify, presenting changes that remove substandard content and wikicode within each of those pages. Once the changes are approved or rejected by the user, it progresses to the next page in the list. When set to do so, it consults a set of internal analyzers that identify and repair many of the most common mistakes made by earlier editors and suggests those changes as well (typically formatting), generally meant to be incidental to the main change.Gold5.2220
