It's a very very special midi instrument. Not only play music but also sing the lyrics. "She" is also a very famous virtual singer. She can sing very similar to a real girl. Its software is based on Yamaha Vocaloid2 engine.
Before wine 1.2, it requires a wine patch to let Vocaloid2 editor display the effects editor correctly( Originally found by Garage uenoB). It was also confirmed by the maintainer. After wine 1.2 the effects editor are totally shown but come with a little darker color. Whaterver it can work.
