Fog Creek Copilot

An open source TightVNC-based remote access program which uses a central server to to bypass all NAT and firewall access problems, for both Mac and Windows. Great for helping out Mac and Windows users remotely, without the pain of remote desktop or direct internet access for VNC. Note that although the software is open source, there is a charge to use their servers.
