Connect your decoder (comag o silvercrest) to your pc with serial cable rs232 and then use this software for:

grab original firmware (from decoder to pc - STB->PC)
upload your new firmware (from pc to decoder - PC->STB, select "allcode" in Upgrade Type)
upload channel list (PC->STB, select "userdb(64+64)" in Upgrade Type)
