Supportworks is a centralized ticketing system that technicians use to keep track of current issues, assets, as well as pre-defined problem profiles. Supportworks allows SLA elevations, ticket routing, email correspondence with customers, and issue coallating. Statistics can query reports for mutliple attributes such as most used department, most recurring issues, time spent on assets, etc.
