FLMask

FLMask is a program used to mask/unmask parts of an image in various different ways. It is common on imageboard type communities and often used for censorship of pornographic materials.
As well as the basic image masking options it also has some basic image editing and enhancement tools such as sharpen, blur, posterise, gamma correction and such like.
There is a help file included and it is a relatively smooth running application.
Although it is shareware, the company which produced it is long since gone and there is no way to register it any more.
