Reading books, dragging & dropping books, storing books in ~/My Library, annotating books, changing settings -- in short, everything I wanted to do worked.

Activation does not work. ClearType may work, but I couldn't see any difference from the default.

Use ie4linux (IE6.0 tested) to install the setup file. I had to add msvcirt.dll to ~/.ies4linux/ie6/drive_c/Program Files/Microsoft Reader/ before my unactivated Reader would function.
