Must run the exe from within the directory so the command will be "wine STKRUN.EXE" To work around this, simply create a .sh file and in the file cd to the location of STKRUN.EXE then exec wine STKRUN.EXE. Now it can be run from anywhere like an application launcher on the desktop :D
