What works
Gameplay, sound, (given the MIDI part of this tutorial: http://www.funnestra.org/ubuntu/gutsy/) graphics all flawless.
What does not
Nothing that I noticed that's Wine's fault. I think there are some missing channels / instruments in the MIDI but that would be a Timidity problem.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Some of the later levels, changing outfits. All of that should be fine though, given the game stays consistent, is 2D, and is not a resource-heavy program.

This game runs flawlessly out-of-the box. The only problems are with MIDI
