Tested ~90min without interruption.
Mounted first CD with cdemu, started installation. When popup regarding CD2 pops up, perform cdemu unload and then load CD2 onto the same number as CD1 was.
No overrides, no winetricks, fresh wine-prefix, out-of-the-box just works at proper speed (>58fps at all times).
