Sam & Max Episode 201: Ice Station Santa

What works

Installing the game. Playing the Demo. Non-Demo-Version should work as well, have not bought it yet.

What does not

Demo-Launcher does not display some important elements (like "Start the Demo"). Klicking the blind spot does work, though, you just have top know where to klick.

a) set up a new WINEPREFIX. Install the usual stuff like corefonts, fontsmooth. b) Install the game. c) run winecfg to initialize audio et al. d) run SamMax201.exe. Memorize the location of the green "Start Demo" button. e) Install Sam and Max 1.0.0.3 Update: http://telltale.vo.llnwd.net/o15/games/samandmax/201/patches/20071129_SamMax201_patch_1003.exe f) Install IE6. IE6, not IE7. g) Start SamMax201.exe. The green start button does not display, but clicking it's location works.
