Video playback has some issues depending on the combination of native

Out of the box videos are playing too fast and the video's audio is terribly glitched.
With native dsound and builtin quartz, the videos in audio stop completly. Video remain reproduced too fast.
With quartz native from 20181203 winetricks release, in video audio
still doesn't reproduce, but the videos is reproduced at the right
With quartz native from a post 20181203 winetricks release, the game seems to hang when trying to reproduce the video.
With quartz native and dsound builtin, game close automatically and unexpectedly.
GBR need some native DirectMusic Component and native dsound
installable with winetricks to be able to reproduce (the frist two
steps may be done with any recent winetricks release):
winetricks dmime dmsynth dmusic dswave dsound
winetricks dsdmo (this is only needed with normal wine, wine-staging doesn't need native dsdmo)
then after obtaining a winetricks 20181203 release
winetricks quartz (so at least the videos play correctly even if without sound)
These workaround allow Imperium GBR to play all in game sounds and musics. Videos stil doesn't have any audio-.
I'm searching a way to make also the videos play with sound as intended
What was not tested
Multiplayer has GameSpy closed long ago, and the pseudo-official VPN program from jordi is written in .NET
wine-staging 4.17 works as normal wine, however doesn't need winetricks dsdmo as workaround.
