Full client installer (tried the light client, but it seemed to hang...didn't spend time trying to make it work).
The launcher/starting/updating the game. However the following was necessary to get the game to update itself:
$ winetricks wininet
What does not
After first logging in, its a bit confusing because the character doesn't render. You have to navigate to the character generation screen, click around on the buttons and eventually a character will appear. The character shows up fine in-game.
I tried $ winetricks d3dx9_39 but this didn't help any. I didn't experiment with any other overides.
Also, the game launcher doesn't display all the web content and some of the graphics/text doesn't appear to be aligned correctly. However, It's nothing game-breaking.
What was not tested
Extended gameplay, grouping with people.
