Additional Comments

On Edgy, one must also downgrade in order to be able to install TomTom HOME 2 - but I've used wine 0.9.49, since 0.9.50 is not available as package for Edgy. I've followed the downgrade/install/upgrade instructions by Patrick, and at least I got it running. Encountered errors: 1) Installation of "TomTomHOME2winlatest.exe" using wine 0.9.51: "An error (-5011 : 0x80030070) has occured while running the setup." ----------------------------------------------- Error Code: -5011 : 0x80030070 Error Information: >SetupNew\SetupDLL.cpp (510) PAPP:TomTom HOME PVENDOR:TomTom ( PGUID:3C9EEFEF-1F71-4213-AC41-4BF5FE0FED95 $ @Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (2195) BT_OTHER 80.0 2) Running TomTom Home 2 with wine 0.9.30 (default Edgy version / Dec. 2007): --------------------------------------- Runtime Error!
