Pretty much everything. Background is messy but that seems to happen in windows as well.
What does not
The game doesn't work with 32bit colors. It chrashes when you try to start it.
Change to 16bit colors. I'm not sure but I have heard that the same problem is present in Windows as well so the bug isn't in Wine itself.Workarounds

The game doesn't run perfectly but the bugs are more in the game than in Wine so I gave Gold.
