Everything and nothing! The user interface seems to hog all the CPU time so that the audio becomes so choppy as to make the application unusable. However as far as I can tell everything else does do what it is supposed to. Even the user interface seems fairly responsive.
What does not
The GUI does what it is supposed to, but uses way too much CPU time.
What was not tested
You need to install and configure wineasio before running Tracktion. In winecfg, disable "Allow the window manager to control the windows". You will also need to enable both the jack and alsa audio drivers in order to have both audio and midi working.
