What works
The Urban Renewal kit works flawlessly. In the game, most features work very well. The terrain editing features, sound, newspaper, city objects, disasters, and help all work.
What does not
The music does not work. Opening or saving a city causes the program to crash.

Tested using Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows 95. The main window is very small at launch, but resizes without problem.
