Alright. Here's the thing. The game works flawlessly, but you have to do some tinkering around with it. You have to install it using the Windows 95 setup and NOT the Windows 3.1 or even the DOS setup. Doing so will make the game stall at the splash screen. Following this, I would recommend that you go into winecfg and add the application "SIMCITY.EXE" into the list, using Windows NT 3.1 settings like described earlier. If this isn't set, you won't be able to save the game. I haven't really messed around with the Urban Renewal Kit, but using the same winecfg settings as above, I have gotten it to run and save just fine. Everything from what I've been messing around with works just fine otherwise!
