What works

Installing. Starting the program, setting up the games, testing games (WarCraft 3 and Counter strike - that's what I've tested so far). Joining games (only in counter strike, since I didn't find anywhere a hosted game and I didn't have enough time... (will be tested soon). Chating, adding friend, launching a game...

What does not

Well nothing so far (Except some minor issues - in chat rooms you can't see player's name or level unless you click them). Html rendering seams to work without IE installed, after following the HOWTO and modifing skin.ini the interface seams to work... However the program seams to be unstable - It crashed 30 seconds after I run it for the first time, but then It run flawlessly for 30 minutes, before I shut the application down (But right After the Gg client started (the second time) it crashed my pypanel (0.o).

Workarounds

What was not tested

Hosting a game. Playing anything but Counter Strike 1.6 (I didn't have time to search for War3 games and as we all know hosting a game in War 3 is broken due the lack of AcceptEx implementation (I didn't bother to apply patch)) I'm surprised how good the application works - It gets silver rating easily, maybe even gold (I need to do some more intensive testing to see whether it'll crash or not.) I didn't install ie6 nor VC++ framework - it seams to work without them. Good job to the wine team!

Additional Comments

1 - install wine-0.9.57 (solves some net problems and skin problems too )

2 - install ggclient

3 - edit the file /Skin/skin.ini and delete the lastskin used. The contents of the file should look like this:

4 - go to ggc settings, war3 tft rpg and select "enchanced mode"

5 - join a room, click start game, and play
