Big list; see ChangeLog.html that comes with the application.
The original game works and can be completely finished. Custom maps, mods and CON scripts also work without any problems.
The map editor that comes with it, Mapster32, almost fully works.
What does not
Switching the rendering engine to any polymost engine will cause the game to crash, so you can only play under the original 8-bit mode.
Mapster32 mostly works, except the right alt key cannot be used (which is vital for some actions like copying a (group of) sectors).
What was not tested
Network play is untested so it's unknown if EDuke32 will run with it.
If a mod will not work under the Linux version for whatever reason, the Windows version is a nice alternative to play your mod under. Development gets a bit more difficult because of the right alt key.
