Additional Comments

To get the Glide graphics working, I had to install a Glide wrapper (http://www.zeckensack.de/glide/). Since the Direct3D graphics does not work, the highest resolution is not available. The sound produces underruns now and then, but keeps working. Other than that it's very playable.
