Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

What works

Installation Upgrade from 1.0->1.4->1.5 Single-player & multiplayer (without punkbuster of course).

What does not

Exit multiplayer or change from multiplayer to singleplayer (multiplayer hangs on exit). In version 1.0 the server browser works without a problem, after upgrade to version 1.4 or 1.5, I cannot see any servers in the list. (Problem is not due to my firewall, as I have opened any service for testing, and logs do not show any outbound COD4 MP traffic after the upgrade, don't know yet what's causing this).

PC-BSD 1.4.1.2 (FreeBSD 6.3-PRERELEASE #2), 32-bit AMD64 3400+ Geforce 7600GS, Nvidia drivers 169.12 Wine was build from ports (/usr/ports/emulators/wine), with patches (3dmark, graphic_et, ut3 and patch-kthread, see http://wiki.freebsd.org/Wine and http://docs.google.com/View?docid=dprhz73_47ds29mccv) applied. NOTE: I'm running on 800*600 resolution with most eye-candy disabled, and am getting between 10-35 FPS.
