What works
The application installs successfully via the installer. It also adds icons to the start menu.
What does not
When you click on the icon from the Start menu, nothing happens. Beyond some initial loading there is no indication of any HDD activity at all, no message boxes, no errors. Normally (ie under Windows), it would display a splash screen while it loads DLL files and plugins.
I also tried launching it from the right-click popup.

Sometime it happens that YNAB comes up only with a black screen. It seems that your graphics card doesn't support fully OpenGL - you will need to disable it like this:
env LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 WINEPREFIX="/home/USERNAME/.wine_YNAB4" wine C:\\Program\ Files\\YNAB\ 4\\YNAB\ 4.exe
