What I did: WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine winecfg winetricks allfonts winetricks dotnet20 winetricks mdac27 winetricks mdac28 winetricks msxml4 winetricks vcrun2005 winetricks vcrun2008 winetricks wsh57 set all DLLs to Native (especially msvcm80.dll), then run setup.exe, on first run I get white window instead of help/tutorial window, but on next runs I get Tip of the day and main window with all default toolbars.

1.Install with winetricks allfonts, dotnet20, mdac27, mdac28, msxml4, vcrun2005, vcrun2008, wsh56
2.run wine {your folder with mathcad}/setup.exe
3.run and enjoy:)
