DMRCC is starting and working basically but it can't connect to anywhere.

What does not

DNTU is starting and at the time it try to populate network, exits with no errors (doesn't working).

DameWare currently provide only .msi version of installation package which I wasn't able to install from. I'm currently using installation copied from Windows XP.
