What works
The downloader works fine. It can update to the latest version, however once you try to play nothing works (through the downloader), it doesn't even start the game or show an error.
If you manually try to start the game from the Program Files directory (TRose.exe game executable) you get an error.
What does not
The game itself does not load and gives an error when trying.
