What does not
Both software (carma_sw.exe) or normal mode (carma2.exe) via D3D work fine without glitches, however game timer is faster than real time causing some "normal" missions to become close to impossible.
Workaround is to use GlideWrapper, enable "pedantic" vsync and run carma2_hw.exe instead.
When using carma2_hw.exe there seem to be some textures missing in the start menu (arrows displayed once level is finished) but these are minor and don't affect gameplay. They are visible with carma2.exe in D3D mode.
