What works
The install, until the very end when it asks for the 1st cd to be place back in.
Single player works almost flawlessly, even though the install error occurred.
Intro movies play.
Multi-player seems to work with an internet server.
What does not
The games installer gives an error about a corrupted file at the very end of the install when it reads the 1st disc after completing disc 2.
When I intially ran the game, the ALSA sound driver did not work with the game. I had the ALSA driver selected in wine but the game would not run in single player, multiplayer worked though. The games sound driver gave an error saying that it failed. Switching to the OSS driver cured it.
Switching back and forth between single and multiplayer in the game causes the game to exit.
Workarounds
What was not tested

Additional Comments
When I initially started the game; for some reason the games default Miles Fast 2D Positional Audio driver did not initialize properly when using ALSA under wine. Switching to the OSS driver seemed to have cured it. Though I did try the game later after a rebooting the computer, and the game ran just fine using ALSA driver in wine. ??? I am not sure why it works with ALSA now, or didn't after the initial install.
