What works
Everything related to the hostsfile (updating, viewing, editing, importing, exporting etc etc). Even the icon in the taskbar works :)
What does not
Hostssrv.exe . The Hostsman server that listens at port 80 to quickly load browsers (127.0.0.1 redirects are answered more quickly). However, this Hostssrv.exe says that port 80 is alreay used (which is incorrect).

Need to set environment to Windows 98. Then you don't have to create a hostsfile :) . Then it should work.
