What does not
Can't use proxies. When you attempt to connect to a proxy server, it authenticates, then immediately disconnects. Doesn't matter what OS the proxy is running on; the problem always occurs when the client is running under Wine, but never under MS Windows.

Since Qtel doesn't support proxies at all, EchoLink is still the best choice.
