What works

Software installs and operates with functionality equivalent to the original OS.

What does not

• Auto-choose of public proxies; you must visit the EchoLink website for the list of Public Proxies and manually enter (EchoLink software responds with a suggestion that MSXML 3.0 be installed to correct Auto-Choose)
• The index and search functionality of the Help are not present/do not appear (explorer-like navigation appears and is functional)

Rated gold according to rating definitions, as the product does not work "flawlessly" 'out-of-the-box' in comparison to its operation on the original OS in the following areas: (1) Public Proxies cannot be auto-selected, and; (2) the Help index and search functionality is not present. Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions based on report of what does not work.
