All game modes
What does not
FPS is lower than it would be under Windows.
Still problems with hosting multiplayer games. Players will be unable to join after the game has been going for awhile.
Needs a few workarounds to get everything to display nicely.
What was not tested
Workarounds needed: 1) Important: The 'dbghelp' DLL override is needed to get PB4 to run at all. 2) To make the game text display nicely (without clipping or blurriness) I recommend you edit render.cfg in the BZ2 folder, and make sure that HalfTexel is uncommented and set to 0. 3) Recommend to use Windows 98 compatability mode. Everything else works great! No other really noticable problems other than what was listed. Wine 1.1.0 seems to have fixed a lot of little problems (ie: distance fog, terrain display problems, etc) that were present in earlier versions.

The beta patch 1.3 public beta 4 requires a special workaround in order to get it working properly in Wine.
1) Run 'winecfg'
2) Go to 'libraries' tab
3) Add a new DLL override titled 'dbghelp'
4) Ensure that it uses the following settings: 'Native then builtin'
This should allow you to play BZ2 v 1.3pb4 providing your videocard drivers have proper 3D, and you are using the right compatibility settings (Win98 is recommended)
All future test reports where this has not been done for 1.3pb4 will be rejected.
