What works
Installation works. Connecting to a database on a different machine works. Opening, editing, compiling, and saving a form in Form Builder seems to work great. The Forms runtime works great now without having to change the reported windows version.
What does not
Some combo boxes, mainly in the PL/SQL editor, do not display correctly.
After installing I had to run setup again and perform a "custom" install to manually add the "Oracle TCP/IP connector" component. (It is supposed to be installed by default but under Wine it is not. Without this you can not talk to a database!)
The Net 8 Assistant would not run until I removed symjit.dll (it has this problem on Windows too)
Loaded MS fonts to make things look better.

Additional Comments
Aside from the problems with the combo boxes I would say it appears to work very well.
