The installer works fine. All the applications associated with the application launch and are fairly functional. I was able to create different labels and wasn't able to crash the program by performing any of the functions it allowed.
What does not
When you start labelview it complains that it cannot find a directory, but it launches anyways and doesn't complain anymore.
What was not tested
I did not try to actually print a label, as I don't have a label printer available to me.
I gave it a gold rating as it performs a critical task of creating and modifying labels flawlessly. However, printing labels is the primary function of this application and I was unable to test to see if that actually works or not.
