The client, after installation of the Microsoft C++ Redistributable package for x86.
Play money games, lobby chat, players statistics and sound all work acceptably well, particularly if you have a powerful processor(s) as the game will run with a much higher load than when running under windows.
What does not
A few graphical glitches introduce a fairly significant lag to the games, increasing the chances of being voted off the table by other players for interrupting gameplay.
What was not tested
Real money games. As all account management is done through the users web browser there is no reason why a real money game should not work when play money games work without problem although this is untested. This is merely an opinion though and there is absolutely NO guarantee that you won't loose all your money through a program crash that may not otherwise have happened when using the client under windows.
When first launching the game you will be asked to upgrade a file "msimg32.dll", say no to this as the one supplied with wine is perfectly functional and upgrading will make zero performance difference anyway.
