What works
Application install as usual. Before install Vegas you need to install .Net 1.1 or higher.
What does not
After start, error message box is appear, but application continue work. Preview window don't show video. So, that's made using of application totaly imposible. Icons showed with garbage in back.

DV capture. Cause i don't have such hardware.

Application mously work include fx-chains and rendering, but in practic, without preview window you limited in work with video. But if you are "die hard" you can work as blind. ;)

Install XCode/X11 from Mac OS "Extras" on install disk.
Download Darwine package for Tiger from here.
Install Darwine by opening disk image, and double clicking package installer.
Download .NET Framework 2.0 redistributable package from Microsoft's website.
Install .NET Framework 2.0 by double clicking installer, and then wait for a moment for the Darwine application helper to pop up, after which a window will pop up which looks like a Windows installer for .NET
Download Vegas 5.0d from Sony Creative Software from here. You must already have a valid serial number to run the software after installing it, this link is just for the sake of convenience in finding the most recent version of Vegas 5.
Install Vegas 5.0d by double clicking the .exe installer.
Run Vegas 5.0d by double clicking the new icon labeled 'Vegas 5.0.lnk'
Enter your serial number.
