mp3DirectCut

What works

All functions concerning cutting of mp3 work flawless.

What does not

Playing mp3 works out-of-the-box but with glitches.
There is an option in the programs "Settings"-dialog to use the mpglib.dll as alternative MPEG-decoder. All required is to download it and save the uncompressed mpglib.dll into the applications folder

Additional Comments

A fully updated PCLinuxOS 2007 was used for the test. Mp3DirectCut does not need any installation. It comes as an zipped archive, that has to be extracted to an appropriate folder.
