The whole game. Startup and installation can be tricky, see extra comments.
What does not
3rd-party netplay tool (MBcaster - http://www.meltybread.com/netplay/). That part is open source, probably can be fixed with some contribution. Exit from fullscreen mode: when quitting with ESC (forced exit), the X11 resolution doesn't change back from 640x480. Opening movie (there is an MPEG in the install dir, I've never seen it in the game...)
What was not tested
Arcade mode not played until the end.
Setup (and the game also) looks for its CD only on CD-ROM devices, therefore you have to set up your CD mount point in winecfg as an individual CDROM-type drive. 1.03A patch doesn't recognize the installation directory by itself, manual browsing is needed (but then it installs flawlessly). Wine OpenGL support is required. Joystick/Gamepad is required (not wine-specific, the game doesn't start without it under Windows either). Can be worked around with 3rd party keyboard-controlling hack (google for "mpkeycfg") A Japanese font can come in handy for setup and startup/joyconfig dialogs (not needed for in-game). Have a good fight! ;)
