What works
Installs fine. Level Editor appears to work, but haven't spent much time looking at it yet.
What does not
Running the game produces these errors on my machine:
Downloaded dx8vb.dll and put in system32
regsvr32 /i dx8vb.dll
App asks for fullscreen I say no because it messes up my resolution.
Appears to be trying to play a video as I get a different color "cloud" every time I run it, but then it just freezes.

What was not tested
Level Editor was not extensively tested mainly because the game itself wont run.
