Additional Comments

No overrides DLL required. The windowed mode works.. It hung on me once then it came out of it when switching to windowed mode. No speed differences in windowed mode or full screen. Plays just like on windows. USB controller works great no addon programs required to make a controller work. Sound does not sound any different than in windows. This is better solution to use the windows version in Wine than trying to install the native linux Zsnes on a 64bit linux. This saves a-lot of headaches trying to sort out missing libs or incompatible libs. I am running this on a Duo core E7500 and 8800GTX which might be the reasons for no slow downs in windowed mode.

HowTo / Notes

READ THIS FIRST
This will solve a lot of your problems. Copy/paste your entire ZSNES directory to the Wine C:\ drive, usually /home/username/.wine/drive_c. Replace username with the name you use to log in to Linux. This way, it will be able to find your ROM directory more easily, and should help with some of the more common problems.
