HOWTO
Installing and Running Safari
(recommend to use latest wine)
  1. Download winetricks (http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks) and run
    sh winetricks corefonts
  2. Download Safari Beta 3.1.2 "for Windows XP or Vista" (without Quicktime) from http://www.apple.com/safari/ and run it with
    wine SafariSetup.exe
    Deselect Install Bonjour for Windows and Install Apple Software Update.

  3. Start Safari.exe from ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Safari/.
