What works

By default the program runs quite well. The main window is stable and it receives the appropriate information back from the support server. Out of box the fonts are pretty bad looking however after installing allfonts using winetricks the gui and taskbar icon look nice. 

This application is for the most part run using gecko or fake IE for rendering of userlist as well as the chat window in the admin client.

What does not

When a website user opens a chat Livesupport is unable to display the chat in the admin window. However anything you type into the text box will be sent to the website user. 

 I tested with:

Gecko: Does not display text in the admin window. no overt error messages

IE6: Error Message: Does not support AJAX Please upgrade to a modern browser.

IE7: Crashes the application

IE 8: Error message about AJAX httprequest

Nothing that I can think of that is integral to everyday use.
