Copied codecs content into windows/system32 and registered it in a console regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\l3codecx.ax

I needed to run wiggles.exe with a Virtual desktop

Screen settings could be adjusted via registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SekOst\Wiggles\Screen
