What does not
Found that color management for printing is not working. This renders the program as useless for printing color images unless you are willing to accept what you get by default.
Also found that program would not acquire images from my scanner which is an Epson Perfection 2450 Photo. But this may be a driver issue unrelated to Picture Window Pro.
